I think it is time for Dr. Will to come out of the closet.  He has no clue how to handle Janelles advances he seems to get really embarrased when she flirts with him.   She is  smartest and most beautiful female to play the game according to my husband.  He seemed to get really pissed off when Howie played with his butt.  Helloooooo......
