Hello everyone, It's Dan, one of your friendly morebigbrother mods  I just wanted to see how people are feeling about the big twist this season about America controlling the actions of a houseguest. Are we for or against this? I am really torn on how I feel this is going to go. I could see it having a big backfire ala the twin twist. What do you guys think? Discuss! |

American Idol did it and it worked. At least I think it did. Sure you get some tainted results but overall it makes it more interesting knowing that the viewers are helping to shape the show. Wouldn't it be interesting is viewers interacted with HG's to help them with strategy via chat or phone? I think it would be crazy if one players strategy leaked out into public and another players caught wind. It would add whole new dynamic to the game. Could you imagine the rumors and the wild-fire ??  |

I don't know, yet... I guess it all depends on how the twist plays out.
I am going to remain tentatively skeptical... we'll see, we'll see.
I like the thought of a viewer giving a heads up to their favorite House Guest or sabatoging one they hate... kinda interesting.

I think this could make things a lot more interesting if people don't vote for him/her to do too many outrageous things and get the HG Puppet thrown out too soon. I don't know. I guess we'll see how things play out. I've always kind of wished that fans could have more input, but I never considered this.

Hi Krissy - thanks for posting, and welcome to MBB!
The more I think about it, the more I think I am going to like this twist. But you're totally right - it depends on what the viewers make the Puppet do. I like the idea of planning his/her strategy... maybe not necessarily things like starting a showmance, etc.
I'm wondering who the Puppet will be!!!
