Sheila's HoH room is full of pictures of her son which is overwhelming. She also has pictures of her siblings and a modeling picture from when she was 25. Adam says she was dynamite. Sheila lets Ryan read the letter from her son out loud. Then she reads a letter from her sister who says she is proud of her. Sheila starts to cry along with everyone else in the house. Everyone is very happy for Sheila.
Sheila and Adam are alone and talking, Adam asks Sheila for a massage. She at first told him no but then did it because it is the only way she can get his attention. Sheila talks to him about how everyone is going to start turning on each other. Adam says that he sees the little girl in Sheila all the time which touches Sheila. Sheila says that while she hated Adam in the beginning that now she has a tremendous love for him and would love to be in the final two.
Sharon, Sheila and Adam are talking about who is going on the block and agree that they all want Natalie gone. They discuss ways to get her on the block. Sheila said that she has put up with a lot of crap from Natalie and that Natalie does not know what is about to hit her.
HG's sit around the table talking about what they like in a man/woman. Sheila wants a combination between the cute sexy Dr. Will and the tattoo'd bad boy Evel Dick. Sharon says she goes for great eyes and teeth. The camera keeps panning to Adam.
Sheila talks to Ryan later in HoH and tells him that she is putting up Adam but that no matter what happens that if Ryan wins POV that he needs to take off Adam. She makes it clear she wants to put Natalie up. He gives her his word. Adam heads up to the HoH room. Sheila tells him that Ryan swore he would use the POV on him if he gets it. Adam seems to understand why he is going up and Sheila is apologizing profusely.
Natalie starts talking crap to Ryan about Sheila. Points out that Sheila and Adam are the last couple in the house. Natalie then heads to the HoH room to verify that she is not going on the block. Sheila says that yes she is safe and states that Sharon will be the one leaving, which will only be happening if Natalie wins the POV.
Finally the nomination ceremony occurs and as expected Sheila puts Adam and Sharon on the block. Sharon tells Adam that it is just because he put her up while Adam knows he is a pawn and he hopes that it works. Sheila wishes Sharon good luck in the POV. Sharon says that just like always she will stay under the radar and watch Natalie leave.
