At the beginning of tonight's show Natalie takes on Matts role as house cry baby and the tears flow because he is gone.  It doesn't last long though!

Understandably, after the HoH competition half of the house couldn't be happier, while the other half is happy for Adam, but visibly concerned over their fate in the house.  James says it best when he says that, "Everyone should be worried.  Everyone is fair game."  In the DR Adam makes it clear that being HoH is NOT a job he wanted.  He doesn't want to make the decisions.  He liked flying under the radar and wishes that he still was. 

 

Josh comes to talk to him while he is packing up for his big move and tries to convince Adam that he should enjoy the night and not worry about anything else until the morning.  When Josh says to Adam, "We are good" Adam doesn't say much of anything to reassure Josh...actually, he doesn't say anything at all!  Ryan comes in and Josh tells Ryan that Adam is down.  After he leave Ryan and Adam have a chuckle over the fact that there are going to be a lot of people kissing Adams ass now.

Then it was time for the house to watch out!  "Naughty Natty" is now on the loose and things could very well change big time in the house.  She has said that she has, "Adam's head of household all planned out" and I think she is serious!  The house thought, and it was spoken by Josh, that she would be weak now without Matt.  She vows to let Matt's exit though make her stronger.

Finally we get a peek into Adam's head of household room which looks more like a nursery!  He got all the pictures he wanted...pictures of him, his family, and his dog.  He got a basket of food, including baby food and a fridge full of baby food!  He said that he likes it "a little" but not THAT much.  He seems a bit embarrassed by the fact that he eats baby food.  Don't worry Adam!  Natalie has offered to help you eat it!

Big Brother Blackjack!
The luxury competition tonight was supposed to be a "special" one and I guess if you were in a house for 2+ months with little contact to the outside world it would have been!  The HG's went in the backyard and saw Vegas!  The game was a twist on 21 where each card had a HG's face as well as a number.  The HG's had to figure out which cards that were shown added up to 21.  If they got it right they got a chip, if they got it wrong they were out of the game.  The first player to 4 chips got to pick 3 other HG's to watch a screening of the new movie, 21.

Ryan got the first hand correct and then James got the second wrong.  Natalie was happy and pointed out that even though she was slow she DID know how to add.  Adam won the 3rd round, while Sheila lost the 4th which didn't surprise Josh who states that she is better off keeping her mouth shut.  Ryan wins the 5th round, Josh loses the 6th round, and Natalie wins the 7th round.  Ryan then wins the 8th round leaving him only one more round to get four chips.  He wins the 9th round and wins the movie screening.  He chooses Adam (because he needs to brown-nose him), Natalie, and James (because he didn't kick him out of the house) to watch the movie with him.

Then Adam asks Ryan if he is a gambling man.  Ryan has the opportunity to play one hand of blackjack and if he wins he gets an all expense paid trip to the Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino in Vegas, worth over 21K and he still gets to see the screening.  If he loses the other four HG's get to see the screening and Ryan is empty handed.

Ryan got good cards, 9 and 9.  The dealer was showing 3.  Anyway knows in Vegas when you play blackjack and the dealer is showing a 3 that you would stand on 18.  Ryan did the same and the dealer turned over a 10.  The dealer hit and got a 6, making the dealer have 19 which meant the dealer won.  Sharon, Chelsia, Sheila and Josh were thrilled that they got the see the movie screening and danced around saying, "Girl power!"

After the competition Natalie is reading her Bible and asks God to open her eyes so that she may see and can win the game.  She spots eight curtains in the room.  She runs outside to tell Sheila and they discuss what else has "8" in the house.  Natalie says that she found 7 things: poems, rocks, pillows, vases, curtains, pictures in the salon and "things in the bathroom".  She tells Sheila she is going to go look for something else that has items and Sheila says OK, but seems to roll her eyes like she thinks Natalie is crazy.  Later Natalie starts wondering if "Evel Dick" could be the 8th thing since there are 8 letters in his name, and wonders if Evel Dick, the winner of Big Brother 8, is going to come back now that there are only 8 people in the house...hmmmm.

Outside later Natalie is talking to Adam about who to put up.  Over a game of pool he mentions that he is considering Sheila because it is safe.  Natalie pushes him to put up James and Chelsia because they are a strong couple, both mentally and physically, and they are playing together.  Adam doesn't seem too sure.

Finally later, in the HoH room Adam makes his decision.  We hear him saying that there comes a time where you have to make enemies and that not everyone is going to like you.  He also says that he is confident about his decision and feels good about it.  After calling in the HG's he tells them that he does not think he made "that bad of a decision".
