LittleBrother's 24/7 Live Feed Update #1 |
Hey everyone, LittleBrother here with my first 24/7 Live Feed update! Dan has been holding down the fort with daily rundowns of the House Guests' actions... I'll be your weekend guy.
The game has gone from calm to chaotic in a couple short weeks, and it has been intense trying to keep up with everything. The Live Feeds offer so much insight into the game - if you haven't subscribed , yet, now would be the time to do so... everyone is talking game left, right, and center... and so many sub-alliances that I never would have guessed from watching CBS's edited shows are cropping up.
Because there is so much going on in the house right now (especially today!), I am going to deviate from the usual format and instead take a look at what's been going on from the perspective of each House Guest. This will also give me the opportunity to give my personal opinion along the way.
Oh, and obviously - there's lots of SPOILERS ahead.
To gain an understanding of what I am talking about, here are the main things you should know: obviously, Dick is HoH... he has nominated Kail & Jen for eviction, and Jen has won the Veto (I can hear most of you groaning right now).
Let's start with today's Major Players, shall we? We'll get to the Supporting Cast as we move along.
KAIL
OK, sister-friend needs to take a step back, breathe deeply, and relax. She has been all over the place since her nomination. She's had conversations with Dick, Jameka, Dustin, Jen, Mike, Daniele, Amber, Nick, the giant teacup, the wall, herself, a bucket of Slop, one of the rabbit-shaped shrubs... you get the picture. She is essentially paranoid to the highest degree, and when she hasn't been crying she's been campaigning so hard I'm afraid she's going to pass out. Some highlights:
- Kail's main goal, now, is to get Zach up on the block and have him evicted.
- She's been campaigning against Jen and Dick busted her for it. Of course, he then broadcast this everywhere.
- She's been going to Dustin a lot for sympathy, and the two of them have actually had a few heart-to-heart conversations. It would be endearing if I didn't think she was up to something, and if I didn't think Dustin was playing her.
- She's feeling betrayed by her former alliance and has pretty much shunned Zach and Nick. She's still hanging on to Mike, though.
- Tried to expose Nick & Zach's apparent "$50,000 Plan" to Daniele who laughed it off and said they can't do that (due to the rules)... this hasn't stopped Kail from trying to tell everyone else about it.
DICK
Since winning HoH, Dick has been on a high horse and dictating to his alliance members how he wants things to go. In typical Dick fashion, he has been up-front and confrontational with each decision. He has BLASTED Kail a few times... for lying to him, for her foolishness in creating an alliance too early, and for campaigning against her "apparent" friend Jen before she won the PoV. He's also been saying some things to the other House Guests about how overly-emotional Amber is, and has been pretending that he has nothing to do with her. Dick highlights:
- Arguing incessantly with Kail. He's basically making her life in the House as hellish as possible.
- Flip-flopping between Mike & Zach as Jen's replacement nominees.
- Openly wondering if Nick is playing his daughter, and is also doubting Amber's ability to keep her mouth shut and remain collected.
- Is basically convinced that Kail is going home no matter what.
JEN
The Evil Red Queen has actually been pretty low-key and scarce on the Live Feeds today. I think she is letting everyone else fight it out, and is obviously feeling pretty calm as the PoV holder. She has actually been civil with Dick and Daniele, and even has a normal conversation with Daniele in the kitchen. I can't give her any intentional credit, but I think she's inadvertently playing a smart game at the moment. I am sure she'll mess it up, though. Her main claim to fame for the day has been giving the viewers a full-on peep show when she sat with her legs up (wearing nothing but a towel)... Dick and Daniele have been going off about it all day!
MIKE
He's playing a calm game, but there is something I noticed about Mike today: either he is a NEAT FREAK, or he takes out his stress by cleaning a lot. He's cleaned the bathroom, the barbeque, the kitchen, the dining room table (twice), and done the laundry. He had a brief, rare, moment of babbling earlier, where he went off about Dick's way of handling HoH... he seems unphased about the prospect of going up on the block, and is reassuring Kail that he's sticking with her, yet seems to be keeping his options open. It'll be interesting to see which way he goes.
DANIELE
Dani has been gossiping about how creepy Zach is, and how he needs to go... how skanky Jen is and how she needs to go... how two-faced Kail is, and how she needs to go... I think you can see the trend, here. :)
NICK
Not much to report, here: basically delivering the same cheeseball lines to Dani, telling everyone he loves them, and not really committing to any alliances. He has completely distanced himself from Kail.
ZACH
Zach has been super-creepy today, making comments about eating panties, drinking sperm, and an S&M party he attended. He also streaked across the backyard and jumped into the pool, which has fueled the fires of those who don't like him (especially Daniele), with stories of his "small unit", "nasty patch", etc...
AMBER
I have absolutely no idea where this girl stands, anymore... she took Dick's "overly-emotional" statement personally, of course, and has been getting sort-of-kinda chummy with Kail. She has been at the head of a movement to get Zach out of the House instead, and is questioning Dick's actions as HoH. I think that, second to Kail, she talks more game than anyone else and probably needs to chill. She voiced her concerns regarding Dick to Eric in the bedroom, who wisely advised her to let it go, keep her mouth shut, and let him keep a target on his back. She's also been complaining about neck & head pain all day and has been putting Bengay on her back whenever she can. Maybe if she relaxed for 2 seconds, she wouldn't be so freaking tense!
DUSTIN
I'm just going to say it - I want him to win. He's playing calmly, as honestly as he can, and is consoling everyone and telling them to just "have fun with this experience". (In fact, Kail has gone to him 45 times today and he keeps advising her of the same thing!!). He told a story about police officers calling him a "f*gg*t" and arresting him for falling asleep on a train, stories about his aunt's 500-person hometown, and where he works. I like him because he's interesting, has his head in the game, but isn't obsessed with it. It doesn't hurt that he's a cutie, too. Now if only he'd change that damn grey t-shirt!!
ERIC / JAMEKA / JESSICA
I've lumped these three because they are the ultimate floaters! Jameka's tactics have been to listen and "mm hmmm" everything, while Eric jokes his way through awkward or serious situations. Jessica, bless her, is either playing dumb or is just too dumb to get it. She basically hangs around with Eric and gossips with Daniele. I hated her on the first day, and many others dislike her. but she's grown on me. She's harmless, really.
So, that's the House Guests in a nutshell for today. Basically the feeds have been FULL of strategy talk... the House also enjoyed a huge BBQ feast (prepared by Mike and Zach) and all sat at the table together, which was nice. Zach's streaking and Jen's flashing provided the nudity, and Dick's ranting has provided a lot of the drama. It's also Jameka's birthday, and the House Guests have been tossing around all sorts of ideas to make it a special day for her.
