DAY 8 in the Big Brother 8 House
Eric is mentioning something about a live feed incident and about how he went off on people for leaving their clothes all over the floor; he tells Jen he thinks the HGs are starting to see his dark side; Jen and Eric discuss who they can bring into their alliance, such as Kail and Mike and Dick and Daniele; Jen discusses about how she doesnt like Zach touching her either (does she like anyone touching her?!?)
*Dans observation* Is Erics alliance with Jen real or Big Brother 8 producer initiated? We shall see!
Mikes random comment of the day to Nick: You know, youre a really good looking guy! Nick replies Its nice to hear that from someone other than Joe and Dustin all the time HAHA
Dustin gave Janelle a shout out while talking to Dick in the spinning tea cup in front of the washer and dryer : ) (mini observation: even though it goes slow, that teacup would make me ill!) He mentioned something about Janelle cleaning a lot on the 24/7 live feeds last year (I dont recall this but maybe thats just me LOL)
Lots of comments being made about Joe being a flip flopper and in a different alliance every week (mini observation: Kail, youve only been in the house a week HAHA); Joe keeps randomly quoting novels and poetry trying to make himself sound smart; however the random way he does it out of thin air just makes everyone go huh? Joe does story time every night, which he seems to like but the other HGs are not as amused with
Mike and Amber forming an alliance; said they will watch each others backs and not put each other up (hahaha sure guys!); Amber and Mike discuss their Myspace pages
Amber helps Zach with his skin break outs. She recommends he use her moisturizer and shows him how to put it on LOL
The HGs play a round of Lawn Golf with lots of joking by Dick and Dustin about balls; Dick is like the commentator for the games; they name the teams for Lawn Golf: Dicks team-Team Scumbag and Ambers team-Team Date Night
*Dicks Quotable Quotes* (regarding Eric getting the yellow lawn golf ball out of the pool) Eric getting his ball out of the pool! He cant decide whether its his right or left ball but he goes after it regardless!
(regarding Dustin and Eric celebrating a victory) They are afraid to bump chests for fear they will bump penises!
(in reference to his commentating) Im on my 3rd beer, going for my 4th in a minute
*SPOILER SECTION* Information below this line contains spoilers about the Nominees and Power of Veto winner, only read on if you want to know : )
Carol and Joe discuss how Amber and Dustin are in an alliance and how Amber is campaigning for votes and Carol just wont do that; they tell each other that if Carol gets to stay in the house (which is a long shot, or is it ?), they will protect each other and Carol will help Joe to get Dustin out
*Dans observation* Obviously the secret Joe/Dustin alliance is staying secret : )
Kail and Zach HOH talk: The Six is mentioned again; however, they both think it is breaking up; Zach tells Kail to turn the monitor on to see if anyone is coming and Kail says it has been broken since a competition; Zach says what kind of shoddy production is this Big Brother? jokingly; Kail thinks they should get Amber out because Amber is a better competitor and Carol is just laying down and dying; Amber can hurt us. Shes already in an alliance, we need to take her out, not Carol! Zach thinks that Nick is expendable (mini observation: If he is, so are you Zach!) They dont trust Jen; Possible alliance: Kail supposedly has an alliance with Nick, Zach, and Mike; she mentions how you three guys need to be my eyes and ears; They think Mike will be the best next HOH but Zach says he will go for it if need be; Zach doesnt think he can get in with Daniele, mentions Nick is their best bet with her
*Dans observation* The Kail alliance is making the same mistakes the Season 6ers made in All Stars; they think they have control too early in the game and they are over strategizing; Zach is trying to think 5 weeks ahead (as did the season 6ers last year) and the key to winning this game is worry about whats going on from week to week and only think about 2 3 steps ahead; if you try to worry about whats going to happen in week 8 (as Zach mentioned) in week 1, youre doomed!
Carol trying to get Eric into an alliance and wanting him to help her (hmmm Carol, I thought you werent going to campaign for votes LOL); Carol thinks all the females except for Jameka and Amber are wanting to float by on their looks Carol doesnt think Amber thinks she even has a chance of being sent home (which is not true, as Carol is saying this to Eric, Amber is talking to Mike about being afraid of being sent home); Carol says I talked to the producers last night and they said I need to fight more to stay, Im ranked as one of the top 3 favorite HGs by America (the feeds very quickly changed after she said this, Im sure Carol got highly reprimanded for breaking the no talk about diary room discussions outside of the diary room rule) (mini observation: Carol wont be ranked as high after her whining airs; I thought Carol was great in the first episode but watching her on the feeds, she is TOTALLY different!)
Amber doesnt want to be that girl that goes home the first week (I dont blame her there! Anyone remember Ashlea in season 6?! exactly!)
