Dan's 24/7 Live Feed Update #6 |
Lots of game talk in various parts of the house for this feeds update! Who is on Carol’s side? Who is on Amber’s side? Has the house already become “a house divided?” Is there a bump in the road in the Nick/Daniele showmance?
More Dustin and Joe flirtation when they are alone! Does the entire house know about the “Mrs. Robinson” alliance? Is Kail in danger of being the next to leave the house? Also, Diane and Drew from season five get shout outs! Joe doesn’t think his nipples are “that big” AND for the first night this season, there’s NO “Joe’s Story Time!”
There are no Dick’s Quotable Quotes for this feeds update (he just really wasn’t focused on as much in the feeds), however, there are lots of game discussions to read about as well as the return of House Calls gossip after a brief hiatus! What revelations did House Calls have for us about Jen possibly being a Chill Town trainee and about Eric’s duties as America’s player? Has Dick tried out for Big Brother before??

7/10 (9:00 P.M. – 12:00 A.M. BB time)
DAY 11 in the Big Brother 8 House
*HOH Strategy Talk* Kail, Mike and Nick are discussing who should be
evicted and who should win the next HOH; They do not want Joe to win
the next HOH; Nick says “I want to be a part of this group to the final
4, I’m down for whatever you guys want me to do.” Kail tells Jen that
Mike and Nick “don’t tell me what they are doing.” (side note: BS!)
Jen says that Amber and Nick ran into each other a couple of times
before the show whatever that means.
*Kitchen Game Talk* Amber campaigning for votes from Dustin and Daniele
while Carol is out on the patio campaigning for votes from Zach and
Dick; (side note: the HGs have begun their whispering that is always so
annoying where you have to turn the sound way up to hear them, then
someone screams and it blows your eardrums out!); Everyone knows about
the “Mrs. Robinson alliance” and are referring to it as such. Daniele
feels the house is already starting to split in two. Right after she
says this, Jen and Kail are talking about the exact same thing in the
HOH bedroom; they wonder if Kail’s HOH monitor has been fixed and if
she is watching them (it hasn’t and she’s not); Amber mentions in 12
hours (so around 9 am, that sounds odd) they will be called in for
eviction votes (would BB really wake them up to do this, I doubt it
HAHA); Zach is as much as asked whether Kail is asking the alliance to
vote out Amber, he plays it off and ignores the question; Dustin starts
singing a Beyonce song and isn’t called out to stop singing, surprising!
Zach tells Kail that Daniele “nailed him” and it was awkward then they
start talking about the Jen/Joe “I/you/like” drinking game
Later, Dustin and Joe are in the kitchen alone and continue their
banter and flirtation that they do when they are alone. Example:
Dustin tells Joe rather sweetly “Don’t” Joe says “Don’t what? Look at
you with my beautiful blue eyes” Dustin smiles then gets up and walks
out to the Back Yard.
*Bathroom Banter* Jameka and Dustin discuss where they have their hair
waxed; Dustin says he only gets “the booty waxed” and that his best
friend is an “SD” (I have no idea what this means but I assume she is a
professional waxer—side note: who would want their best friend to
remove their body hair? That just sounds ewww to me!) Carol and Jameka
pluck their eyebrows once a day; Dustin discusses barnacles and is
asked how it’s spelled and he says “B A R N I C L E” which I knew was
wrong and checked on dictionary.com HAHAHA
Later, Carol, Jen and Zach do facials (side note: Zach is obsessed with
how his face looks and the more he picks at it and applies product to
it, the worse he’s making it appear) and Jen says “like” another
zillion times (side note: if there’s anything Jen gets out of this
show, I hope it’s that someone plays this stuff back for her and helps
her to hear how she sounds when she talks!)
*Backyard Discussions* Dick says he thought it would be more
uncomfortable having Danielle in the house but he’s still disappointed
that she wouldn’t do a Diary Room with him to wish a young family
member Happy Birthday (this has really hurt Dick, he has talked a lot
about it)
Dustin accidentally hits Amber with the tether ball and Amber makes WAY too much out of it!
Dustin tells Amber and Nick how Carol is trying to work over Jen and
Zach in the bathroom for votes; Dustin sniffs his armpit and says he
has to reapply his deodorant five times a day (LOL); Joe joins them and
starts stirring the pot as always about who is voting for who; Joe
goes on and on about how Amber “better” have his back later in the game
for his vote and blah blah blah (side note: Joe, as soon as it’s good
for the game, the house will have you out of there!)
Teacup Talk: Dustin and Zach have a strange discussion where they are
referring to HGs with codenames like “Red” and “Green” to disguise who
they are talking about. HGs have done this in the past to keep Feed
watchers from knowing what their game is and it’s VERY annoying!
Dustin says he is playing the game strategically not with a personal
vendetta. (side note: I’m pretty sure “Green” is Joe AND I’m starting
to think Dustin is the smartest person playing the game this season!)
Zach says he would never throw a competition, he’s too much of a
competitor to do that purposely (we shall see Zach!) Of course Joe has
to come and interrupt the conversation like he always does! Zach says
something about Joe needing to get his ass kicked by a straight guy
(jokingly he says) Joe then leaves and Zach tells Dustin how sick he
is of Joe (ditto!) Talk of Joe would have been nominated had Kail had
one more day before nominations
*Hammock Happenings* Amber, Daniele and Dustin move from the kitchen
to the hammock to continue their strategy talk. Zach immediately
follows them like the obvious Kail spy that he is, which you can tell
is annoying them to no end; after Zach leaves, Nick arrives and lays
down on the hammock (Kail has her spies making sure they can’t have any
time alone—interesting!) (Interesting side note here: Daniele and Nick
seem to be on opposite sides, this may throw a little snag in their
romance)(Another side note: This is a bad strategy on Kail’s part! She
is just painting a big old ‘Evict me!’ target on her back!) Nick tries
to discuss game while in the hammock alone with Daniele, Daniele is
having none of it. She just starts talking about what would happen if
Jen gets HOH next week (yeah right LOL); Daniele tells Nick “we are all
in agreement that Kail has to go” (side note: interesting, by telling
Nick this, they are pretty much letting Kail know she’s in danger; I
think they want her to sweat it out); Nick giving Daniele the
“everything that happens in this house is ‘just game’ talk” and Daniele
is not liking it; Nick: “Through this game, I found out what love is”
(awww) and Daniele says “Shut up” with giggles; Daniele starts counting
the votes against Carol, thinks it will be impossible for Carol to stay
in the house this week. As Amber joins them, Nick pretends he is on
Amber’s side (we all know this is not true as Kail wants her alliance
to vote out Amber) and Amber and Daniele pretend to believe him : )
Nick says he’s not here for the money and just here for the challenge
and meeting new people (side note: how many times have we heard
previous HGs use this tired line) and Nick says he has found true love
in the game. Amber then gives shout outs to Diane and Drew from season
5 saying that Nick is the Diane to Daniele as Drew (side note:
interesting observation Amber!) (another side note: Nick is coming off
as extremely fake to me in his “undying love” for Daniele after 11
days. I’ll be very surprised if this showmance lasts the season let
alone outside of the house); Zach and Jen later join in and Jen is
wearing an “I’m Jenuine” shirt (blah)
Later, Zach, Jen and Carol discuss who is voting for who; Zach says his vote is still up in the air.
*Bedroom Discussions* Jessica and Carol talking about whether Jessica
should dress up for her vote in the Diary Room tomorrow; Carol thinks
the vote is going to be split and the house is divided already (side
note: It is and we are going to have one hell of a season ahead of us!
All of these people seem to know how to play this game out of the
gate!); Jen joins in gossiping that Daniele, Dustin and Amber are in
the hammock talking game; Carol campaigns for Jessica’s vote, Jessica
says “I know, I trust you;” Carol thinks Daniele is nice to her face,
but campaigns against her behind her back; Carol thinks she can trust
Nick and Zach (side note: Carol, are you blind?); Carol says Zach is
mostly here for himself. Jessica says “well isn’t everyone?” (side
note: DUH! : ) ) Carol is “confident” she might be safe (side note:
this is going to go back and forth between now and when they vote);
Jessica says “You better bring it if you get saved!” Carol asks Jessica
to help get Eric’s vote (side note: Sorry Carol but America is making
his decision for him LOL); Jessica says “The house will be turned
upside down next week depending on who gets HOH” (side note: um that is
true every week Jessica) then Joe sneaks up on them and they stop
talking game
Many HGs gather in the bedroom for more talk about “balls;” Kail jumps
into bed next to Dick and leans up against him; Dick thinks they should
save up their liquor for a few days then have a big party (Lord help
us!); there are discussions about the guys nipples and how big Joe’s
are; Joe doesn’t think his nipples are “that big” (side note: Denial is
a long river in Egypt Joe!)
Mike and Nick discuss maybe not voting for Amber because they don’t
want people to know about the “Mrs. Robinson” alliance (side note: the
whole house knows about it guys, open your eyes!)
Joe thinks he has made his own alliance with Nick, Daniele, Jameka and Jessica (boy will he be in for a surprise!)
*House Calls Gossip – July 10th and 11th *
On the July 10th episode, Holly from season 5 was the guest. She
revealed that Dick has been trying out for Big Brother for many years
and was at callbacks for her season. She said she begged producers not
to cast her and him in the same season and referred to him as “Evil
Weiner.” She also said she feels that Daniele is just acting and that
Dick and Daniele are “in cahoots!” Holly does not like the comparisons
between her and Jen. Holly thinks Carol is this season’s Diane and she
thinks Jessica is the most like her (side note: I’ll agree on that
Holly HAHA); Holly’s pick to win is Kail and she thinks Joe has “an
evil person living inside his body”
On the July 11th episode, Robyn Kass, the casting director for Big
Brother 8 and previous seasons (side note: I love Kass the casting
director but I digress HAHA) was the guest. The only things of note
that happened today were that a prank caller got through and asked
Gretchen what would she do if he put whipped cream on a certain part of
her genitalia; he was quickly cut off by the producers (side note: I’m
sure this will be edited out of the rebroadcast online and I think if
some perv has nothing better to do but call House Calls with this, he
should be lobotomized!) AND Robyn Kass was VERY elusive about whether
Jen is a trained Chill Town member aka Will and Boogie’s puppet.
Mention was made by a caller that Jen has said she knows Boogie on the
24/7 Live Feeds. Robyn basically said “Will and Boogie have no
influence over who is cast; if Jen knows them because they all live in
L.A., more power to her” (mmhmm) : ) Another thing of note was that
Robyn confirmed something people have been telling me but I thought was
false regarding Eric as America’s Player. I thought that Eric had the
choice to go with America’s choices and if he chose not to, he just
would not win the money for that task. I was wrong (and not afraid to
admit it). Robyn Kass confirmed that Eric MUST do every task America
gives him no matter what. It is up to him to spin those choices to the
best of his ability and stay in the house to make more money. I would
have preferred it if he was given the choice on every task, but I guess
I can see where they are coming from and we will see how it all plays
out : ) Finally, Robyn Kass assures us that Nick is NOT gay and is just
playing the game and is comfortable enough with his sexuality to flirt
with the guys and the girls.
