To Veto Or Not To Veto Week 5: Jerry Shows His True Colors!

What do we get for our fifth To Veto Or Not To Veto adventure!  Well, mostly you get an episode that proves why you should get the CBS.com Super Pass Live Feeds if you don’t already have them.  CBS took 3 hours of fighting from Saturday night and edited it down to 15 minutes!  And it’s amazing what they did NOT show you!  You did NOT get to see two of the key fights in the house that night that really showed the true colors of April, Libra and Michelle!  (As you can see from the picture to the left, this is part of what CBS did NOT show you!)

One thing we did get to see was Jerry on his downward spiral against Dan.  Jerry is making himself look like a fool and little does he know that America loved him and weren’t too crazy about Dan in the first week.  That tide has totally changed!  Dan is now America’s sweetheart (and my favorite in the game now!) and America is not enjoying Jerry’s rants and tirades anymore.  He is going to be surprised once he goes home next month.

This all in all was a decent episode and you can get the gist of it in this article but if you want much more detail about all that you didn’t see in this episode, read my Live Feeds Update #5!

Read on for To Veto Or Not To Veto for Week 5 : )

Nomination Fallout

Keesha believes that April helped Michelle to decide to nominate her.  Libra knows why she was nominated and knows she’s the target.  Dan is shocked he’s not on the block and Jerry wants him there.  Michelle just wants vengeance for Jessie.  Keesha is not happy that April was the first key pulled for safety.  Libra says she will not campaign against Keesha (haha that’s all she’s done all week!) and she wants April gone after her.  Michelle tells Keesha that she wants Libra out and Keesha says in the DR she is keeping her mouth shut and hoping to keep it that way.

Players for the POV: Michelle who picks April, Keesha who picks Memphis and Libra who picks Jerry.  Michelle chooses Ollie as the host.

Jerry, April and Ollie are happy Keesha and Libra are having to sweat it out this week and trash talking the two of them incessantly (don’t go feeling all safe there guys!  You are all next HAHA).  Jerry says in DR he thinks Dan is a bigger threat than Libra in the game (yeah and I hope Dan gets HOH and gets you out out out Jerry!).  Jerry goes to Michelle doing his whole Dan is America’s Player crap again and Jerry wants to win the Power of Veto.

Memphis and Dan decide to play a prank on the girls and run into their room screaming.  Renny goes nuts squawking at them even after it was apparent it was just them LOL

Power Of Veto Competiton

The competition this week is all about onions and the House Guests have to fill up one of two boxes, the POV or a mystery prize.  The HG to fill the POV box the fullest wins the POV and the top two to fill the mystery boxes the fullest will win a mystery prize.

Memphis and April win the mystery prizes:  Memphis wins an onion necklace that he has to wear for 24 hours and April wins five designer dresses custom made for her.

Jerry wins the Power of Veto for the second week in a row!  He gives some analogy about cows that didn’t make much sense in the DR.  Dan feels uneasy because he knows Jerry wants him out of the house.

Veto Competiton Fallout

Jerry keeps referring to Dan as Judas (do you think you are Jesus, Jerry?).  Jerry goes to Michelle and wants to take Keesha off the block and put Dan on the block.  Michelle is not sure because she knows with Keesha up, Libra will definitely go home.

At the Saturday feast, Keesha suggests that the HGs say something nice about each other around the table.  Little did she know what was to come right after this!  The HGs try to go around the table and say something nice.  Dan tries to refer to Jerry as a grandfather figure but Jerry responds about feeling betrayed blah blah blah…Keesha feels bad that April and she have issues with each other (just wait!).  Libra makes a comment about Keesha being nice to April just to get a designer dress (in her defense, she WAS just kidding when she said it LOL).  Libra asks to speak to Ollie in the Storage Room and here we go!

Libra is hurt that Ollie called her a scallywag and a ho and Ollie says he was just caught up in the moment.  Michelle tells Keesha about the designer outfit comment that Libra made and April confirms it (but not the WAY that it was said LOL) and Michelle goes to get Libra.  Libra and Keesha then get into it and all of the ladies except for Renny are going off about all kinds of past evictions and Jessie, etc.  Dan says in DR that he is glad because all of this fighting keeps the focus off of him (agreed!).  Next Keesha goes off on April and walks out of the room and Michelle is soon to follow!  Michelle won’t let Keesha alone about walking away but Keesha says she is so mad how everyone hates Libra but not April and says “I don’t want to be in the middle of crazy and crazier!” (Libra and April LOL).

(The above events took place in my Live Feeds Update #5 and this 15 minutes of the show was from 3 hours of fighting!  They did not even show any of April and Keesha’s tirade in the Sauna Room or Libra and Michelle having at it in the Living Room!  You need the feeds to get the full effect of all of these fights!)

Veto Ceremony

Jerry says to expect the unexpected from him (yeah sure!).  Libra thinks she has no chance because everyone sees her as the ‘puppet mistress’ in the game (well you were my dear!).  Keesha knows she’s up because of voting out Jessie and she doesn’t expect the POV to be used on her.  Libra is taking the consequences of her actions and she is fine with it not being used on her as well.

Jerry uses his speech to go on an anti Dan tirade and refers to him as Judas which annoys many of the HGs.  It is visible on their faces!  Jerry tells Dan it is his lucky day, he is keeping his word to Michelle and NOT using the POV.  Libra says she is going to play sleuth and try to find out information that will save her in the game (good luck with that!  So far that hasn’t been working out for you!).

So our nominees remain:

House Guest with the Best Game Play

DAN!  He is playing the game very well, even with the misstep of taking on America’s Player!  He has avoided most of the fighting, realizing that staying out of all of that takes the focus off of him.  He gets along with most of the House Guests and other than Jerry and Michelle, most of the House Guests still like him.  I am really rooting for Dan to get HOH on Thursday and nominate Jerry.  Just like Dan said in the DR, no matter what he has done in the game, Jerry had no right to refer to him as Judas (and you could tell by the looks on the other HGs faces when Jerry said it that they agree!  Many of the HGs have said on the feeds since this happened yesterday that Jerry’s speech was “sickening” and “disgusting” and I agree!).

House Guest with the Worst Game Play

JERRY! Jerry is not playing this game well at all.  First of all, he is an HOH kiss ass point blank.  He does whatever the HOH of the week wants and even though he has won some comps, in my opinion the only one he really earned was tonight’s with the onions.  Last week’s POV was given to him by Libra and HOH was given to him by the other HGs in week one before they even knew him!  Jerry uses vulgar and unnecessary language and downgrades other HGs when it’s unnecessary.  He has only hung around this long because HOHs carry him for a vote they know will go for the HG they want out.  This only gets you past the first half of the game which we have reached.  Look for Jerry to go within the next 3 weeks!  I can almost guarantee it!  And feel sorry for everyone who has to live with him in the jury house once he’s gone!

Who Is Going To The Jury House?

Libra, and even she knows it.  She can’t save herself, she has done and said too much in the past month to even try to dig herself out of eviction.  Like I have said in my Live Feed Updates, karma’s a biatch Libra and just like she told Jessie last week, don’t let the door hit you in the a** on the way out!  Buh bye!

And that does it for this edition of To Veto Or Not To Veto!  I'll be back this weekend with all your spoilers and Live Feed Updates!
