Today’s House Calls was off the wall!  Jessie wins the title “Mr. Defensive” for the tirade he gave on today’s episode.  I like you Jessie, but you have to learn to listen a bit more and not hop on the defense at the slightest moment.  Jessie was defensive with Gretchen, Dick (he and Dick kept talking over callers and Gretchen so badly that Gretchen asked for their mics to be turned off, that’s a House Calls first!) and the callers!

Jessie seemed to be really angry that America was responsible for his being voted out (well, that is how he sees it anyway no matter how much Gretchen tries to explain three other people in the house also voted him out).  Dick gets so amused with Jessie’s defensiveness that eventually he just sits back and smiles like the cat that ate the canary while Jessie goes off on Gretchen AND the callers that call in. 

This had to be one of the most explosive episodes of House Calls I have ever seen!  To learn all the details, read on!

Jessie is today’s evicted House Guest (House Calls misspelled his name “Jesse” without the i!).  Gretchen thinks Jessie was ok with going and he says “No, I don’t know where you’ve got that from!”  Jessie seems a bit argumentative with Dick about Dan.  Jessie thinks Dan did America’s Player vote strictly for the money (ya think Jess?) and that he would not have done it (yes, you would have LOL).  Jessie pauses and says his relationship with Michelle was strictly platonic (Dick and Gretchen are not believing him at all!). 

Wow, Dick and Jessie are very argumentative with each other!  Gretchen TRIES to play referee and asks for their microphones to be cut if they can’t stop (it doesn’t stop them) but they then go to callers.  One of the callers then goes off on Jessie about loyalty and respect.  Jessie is being VERY defensive about everything (but that’s partially his age I think).  Jessie says you have to give respect to give it.  Jessie is wanting specific examples of things. 

Gretchen asks Jessie if he thinks he’s arrogant (cmon Gretchen, who is going to say “why yes I do!” LOL).  Another caller calls in and praises Jessie for his actions but Dick cuts that down really fast about the difference between arrogance and a liar.  Gretchen says “You know you are good in the show when the callers fight each other over you.”  (True!). 

Dick then brings up Jessie’s nude pictures and the gay rumor going around (that was LOW Dick, sorry, even for you, that was LOW!).  So Jessie confirms he is straight (which I have known all along!) and shouts out to his girlfriend in Las Vegas.

Jessie says he blew the kiss at Libra to ‘entice her’ (I think he meant to incite her).  Gretchen says maybe that was a little much and might be why he was evicted.  Jessie also says he didn’t campaign to stay and Dick says no one really has this season.

Dick: “Ollie hasn’t really done anything but have sex with April.”  (SO TRUE!)

Jessie of course hopes that Michelle wins and thinks that Jerry is the worst player this season (that’s true too!).  He thinks Ollie is the best player (gotta disagree with that one Jess!).  Jessie says Memphis has nothing to worry about this week, then Dick calls Jessie “Dan” and Jessie corrects him LOL

Jessie says everyone has an opportunity to win, except for April’s HOH win.  He thinks the endurance comps are more geared for women to win (which a lot of people have discussed as well!). 

Jessie says his goodbye message to Steven was edited down to make it look like the producers wanted it to look (which is what they did to Jessie all season in my opinion!  Big Brother made him a ‘character’ and yes, part of it is his personality as seen in today’s House Calls but another part of it is the producers exacerbating it!). 

Jessie responds to a caller (with a defensive tone still) that Renny saying she was sorry was not sincere.  Jessie then responds to Gretchen defensively about being a light sleeper.  Gretchen then says “We are doing a lot of talking without really saying anything” (What is funny is at this point Dick has been saying very little but he does say he would have responded to Renny in the same way).  Gretchen then says “Well we are going to take our last call!” (Ya think, I think they should have called an end to this 10 minutes ago, it was obvious where it was going).

Jessie said he told Memphis to watch out for Libra before walking out the door.   Jessie then ends with telling us he’s approachable and don’t be afraid to go up and say hi to him!  (Wow, I liked Jessie but my goodness, he is the definition of defensive!  Jessie, lighten up a little bit man, I know you felt like most of America was against you with the America’s Player thing but trust me, there were people out here like me that were pulling for you!)
