Brian in the other hand. Surprisingly the vote tonight did not seem that hard for the house guests.
The night we have been waiting for not only since Sunday but for months! The first live eviction of Big Brother 10 has come...and gone. There have been a lot of reports about what has been going on in the CBS Big Brother 10 house and on Wednesday I am going to bring you the updates, and the truth, as well as the results of the head of household competition. Make sure you come back here as soon as the show ends to see what I have to say! In between eviction nights make sure you are watching everything that is happening in the house with the CBS.com Big Brother 10 Live Feeds!
When we left the house guests last night Brian and Dan were shocked that Jerry had been swayed and put Brian on the block against Renny. Tonight we got to see the fallout of it. Not only did we get the see the fallout but CBS brought back the live audience! Why they ever got rid of it, I don't have a clue, it adds a whole new dimension to the night!
Brian admits in the diary room that as soon as Jerry spoke his first sentence that he knew what was coming and felt like the whole house of cards came tumbling down. Dan commented that the alliance went down in flames.
Jerry then apologizes to Brian and tells him that he was given an ultimatum, led by Ollie. Basically he either had to put Brian on the block or he would be out of the house the next week. Ollie states that Brian screwed himself, that his word is good for nothing and that soon everyone will know that.
Brian then informs Dan that Ollie turned and Dan is shocked, stating that Ollie was the last he thought would go back on his word. When asked Ollie admits that he had a hand in getting Brian on the block but states that it is a numbers game vs his word and he went with the numbers. Dan states that he wouldn't sacrifice his word for $500, 000.
(Dan tells Brian that Ollie and April masterminded all of this. What gets me is that it was really Libra that started the crusade. It shows who is really running the house.)
On the sixth day Ollie and April end up in bed making out. Ollie states in the diary room that someone always gets burned and he is sure it is going to be him. April makes the remark that she is a better player than Ollie and that she will use the relationship to her advantage. Hmmm...looks like she still believes he betrayed her.
Outside Libra, Keesha and April talk about how they are the strongest alliance and Brian comments that he has to turn the girls against each other to stay in the house. He then tells Steven that he respects him for staying out of the mutiny. Uh, Steven didn't have the choice...no one trusted him.
Brian decides that the best way to get the people on his side is to show them how much fun he is. He sets off to do this by creating a puppet show, with socks, that make fun of the house guests, especially himself. It is funny to the boys and Angie, but the rest of the house is inside and they are not amused. Afterwards Steven tells Brian that it sucks that he has to leave this week and they start talking about who they can get to switch.
Angie heads inside to try to work on Keesha. The fact that Keesha was talking to her pissed off Libra and April who jumped to the wrong conclusion and was sure that Keesha had turned her back on their alliance. Outside Keesha confronts her about talking behind her back and the pair get into a very heated argument. The other house guests break it up before a real fight begins and April heads inside in tears. Renny comes in to talk to Keesha and Libra and they tell her to be prepared to leave.

Julie talks to the house guests who are siting in the living room. She tells them about the live audience and then starts asking questions.
Julie: Jessie, have you and Renny buried the hatchet?
Jessie: In my eyes you have to give respect to get respect and she hasn't shown me any
Julie: Renny, you have a son the same age as Jessie, what insight has this given you to dealing with Jessie?
Renny: He has a lot to learn about life and hopefully he will learn about it from this experience. It is a game. [She then tells Jessie] If you gives respect you might get it back].
Julie: Libra, you have 4 year old and 5 month old twins. We are happy to have you hear but you knew you would have your critics, the people that wonder what kind of mother would leave her children to go on Big Brother?
Libra: People just have to understand my circumstance. Every one's life is different. My choices are ones that I own and my family is behind me. My husband and my mother support me, I can do anything.
In the Head of Household Room
Julie: Jerry, at first you were happy to be first HOH, looking back do you regret being in this position?
Jerry: There is nothing I can regret because it is the game. They elected me and rules say I have to do it. I have been trying to make the best or it. There have been some nightmares but I am still here and suspect that I will be here for a long time.
Julie: As a military man you take pride in your word. How difficult was it to betray Brian?
Jerry: It was very difficult to betray Brian. I did not wear anything related to the military, I didn't want to embarrass the situation.
Julie: You did what the house guests wanted you too, how safe do you feel?
Jerry: I feel very fortunate. The girls are angels and they saved me by letting me know I was in danger.
The Last Word
Renny: I have been sitting on the block for a long time, 7-8 days, not a good feeling. I have taken the initial shock of it and strategized which way I would go with it. I believe I have earned the respect by the way I have been acting, i hope you vote for me tonight [to stay in the house].
Brian (as his cocky self): I just want you all to know that the first few days were some of the most fun I have had in a long time. The laughing and good times were amazing. Just one thing...as long as you can, remember everything is a game. Don't take anything personal. It will just get nastier from here
The votes are in
April: Brian
Libra: Brian
Michelle: Brian
Ollie: Brian
Dan: Renny
Jesse: Brian
Keesha: Brian
Memphis: Brian
Steven: Brian
Angie: Brian
Jessie's and Angie's votes both shocked me for two different reasons. Angie really wanted Brian to stay and she had a crush on him. Jessie really wanted Renny to go...he definitely did NOT have a crush on her. Even Steven's vote was a bit of a shock, although not as big of one as the other two.
Interview with Julie
As Brian heads outside we see that Angie is crying and his picture has already changed from color to black and white. Man! Big Brother is quick this year!
Julie: Brian, you first person voted out of Big Brother 10. What happened?
Brian: I was building an army and didn't realize there wasn't anyone on the other side.
Julie: You have seen the show, you know people talk. What gives?
Brian: It was all too fast. If the veto ceremony would have happen 12 hours earlier it would have been different. I was trying to play 3 weeks of game in 7 days.
Julie: You and Dan hit it off immediately, lots of similarities between you two. Will he survive?
Brian: I hope so. What everyone needs to learn is that Dan is one guy that won't falter. It is what everyone needs but I am not sure if his conscious will allow him to do what needs to be done.
Julie: Who is the most underestimated player?
Brian: Memphis has it if he plays his cards right. He is charismatic, intelligent, physically above and beyond. I would put my money on him.
Head Of Household competition
Finally we get to the long awaited first head of household competition of the season. This is the one where you have to choose what answer you think the majority of the other house guests will give. The person left standing wins head of household. If it has to go to a tie breaker then the person closest to the correct answer wins.
There were a lot of questions so I will not bore you with all of them. However the order that the house guests were eliminated first went like this:
Memphis, April, Renny, Keesha, Michelle, Dan April, Angie
Then there were four more questions that all ended in either everyone giving the same answer or a tie. The last four players were Libra, Ollie, Jessie and Steven.
The tie breaker questions was how many pillows were on the bed during the Veto competition?
Libra: 149
Ollie: 550
Jessie: 200
Steven: 124
The correct number of pillows was 300 making a very happy Jessie the winner. Yay Jessie!
Yep! That is right! My boy toy (oops did I really say that?) won the first actual Head of Household competition tonight on CBS Big Brother 10. Don't miss anything this week!
